Limited Warranty
ZipWall® ZP2, ZP4, SLP2, SLP4, SLP6, KT20, SPN, SPNM, FR2, ZWSK, SDPK, SC2, MDK, ZDM, M3070, ZPT, EPH1, ZipFast™ panels and ZipSheet™ reusable barrier are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner (evidenced by sales receipt). It specifically excludes any damage or failure due to abuse, misuse, abnormal or improper use, neglect, improper maintenance or alterations or modifications by anyone other than ZipWall® LLC.
Remedies
Your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is that ZipWall® LLC, at its option, will repair or replace, without charge for parts and/or labor, any ZP2, ZP4, SLP2, SLP4, SLP6, KT20, SPN, SPNM, FR2, ZWSK, SDPK, SC2, MDK, ZDM, M3070, ZPT, EPH1, ZipFast™ panels and ZipSheet™ reusable barrier that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the 2-year warranty period.
Service Procedure
To obtain warranty service, you may contact the store where you purchased your product for assistance, or call ZipWall® directly at 1-800-718-2255. Remember, sales receipt is required to prove original ownership (unless you purchased the product online directly from ZipWall®). If there appears to be an actual defect, ZipWall® will ship a replacement. We reserve the right to first require return of the allegedly defective part for inspection (at our expense). We will not accept any invoice deductions from dealers or distributors for defective merchandise.
Exclusions
ZipWall® LLC is not responsible or liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, including but not limited to any personal injury or any loss of property, revenues or profit by the owner. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS MADE REGARDING THE PRODUCT, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. Some states do not allow limitation or exclusion of damages or implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
